• Recommended for 7th 8th or 9th graders
• Student led and faculty supported and the Counselor should be heavily involved
• Impact their high school graduation requirement
• Needs to be a program administrator
• The counselor needs to be involved
• By the 9th grade it is either
  • 1. Trade
  • 2. Career
  • 3. Continuous education
  • 4. Public Service (Armed Forces/etc)
• Outreach to colleges and universities for mentorships, possibly, with greek and social organizations
• How will success be determined
• Why is this important or necessary?
• Who is my target audience?
• Why is this important?
