Owner and President of ENM Enterprises, a Consulting Firm focused primarily on Human Resource development and compliance in Corporate, Governmental and Educational environments. He currently represents a major restaurant group, with pending offers from several upstart companies.

He is a graduate of Alabama State University, with a B.A. degree in Political Science.

His successful 30-year journey in the HR realm has enhanced and grown groups in four distinct generations from Baby Boomers to Gen Z.

He is a trained speaker who is in demand as a Master of Ceremony and facilitator. In addition to his expertise in the HR compliance arena, he also has a proven record of outstanding operational management in the national restaurant industry. He was featured in Nation’s Restaurant News and has been a Keynote Speaker to many organizations across the country. Ed has given presentations to large and small groups of business executives, frontline managers, education leaders, student-athletes, and non-profit groups. Ed is a High School Basketball Official and volunteers his time to other organizations, including the Sheriff’s Department and heads the Marriage Ministry at his church.

He has served as HR Business Partner at Pacific Bell, Director of HR at Alabama State University, Director of HR with Applebee's Corporate and Franchise Groups. He has served on the Advisory Boards of Grambling State University and Southern Mississippi University.
